Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Customer have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tag and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Customer must need to attach the order number with your return.
Return must be send with tracking delivery. once item has been send customer have to email us tracking details on firstname.lastname@example.org. THE KIDZ FASHION will not be responsible of any lost item if return send without tracking.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Please Note: Customers will have 2 calendar days from the day order has been delivered for report the wrong, damaged or faulty item to The Kidz Fashion to be eligible for free return or exchange.
We do not accept return on sale item unless it’s been delivered damage or defective.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping cost is non-refundable if you are returning any item back due to change of mind or place an order for wrong size.
We always advice our customer to contact our customer service if you are unsure about the size before placing order.
You will receive the credit within 1-2 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
To get and exchange on your order. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for us to resend your item exchange item.
