If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item within 14 calendar days from date of arrival, if for any reason you change your mind (subject to our terms and conditions).
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and garment tags still attached along with the garment hanger(s). We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.
Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charge incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Please Note: Customers will have 2 calendar days from the day order has been delivered for report the wrong, damaged or faulty item to The Kidz Fashion to be eligible for free return or exchange.

we do not accept return on sale (offer) item unless it’s been delivered damage or defective.

How to Return?
Package your items carefully, with each item in its original packaging and all labels attached (including hangers).
We recommend you drop it off at the Post Office for tracking and proof of delivery.
Please attach along with the return form which has been sent with order to proceed the refund.

What happen next?

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Shipping cost is non-refundable if you are returning any item back due to change of mind or place an order for wrong size.
We always advice our customer to contact our customer service if you are unsure about the size before placing order.

You will receive the credit within 1-2 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchange:

To get and exchange on your order. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for us to resend your item exchange item.

If  unsure about the size we highly recommended to contact our customer support team for accurate measurement before placing an order to prevent any distractions.
